This is where you’ll find the Poggio Landi wine shop, nestled in the verdant rolling hills of Montalcino, which wind their way into the picturesque Val d’Orcia, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees in response to the relaxing sounds of the Tuscan scenery.

Visiting our wine shop is the perfect opportunity to discover the myriad charms of Brunello di Montalcino, the undisputed excellence of this land. Experience the magic of being on top of a hill that dominates the surrounding scenery, at one with nature. It’s the same harmony you’ll find in the architecture and decor throughout the winery, where this world-famous wine is produced, from the cellar to the tasting room.

The simplicity of the painted walls and breadth of the wine shop and barrel cellar echo the layers of the earth. The large oak wooden barrels, where the wine rests undisturbed, are echoed in the wood panelling and furnishings in our tasting room, while the refined contemporary arbour provides shade and shelter on our panoramic terrace. You’ll find the same naturalness in the plush fabrics, floor-to-ceiling windows that seem to break down the physical boundaries with the landscape outside, and in the carefully selected local stonework. All of these features make our wine shop a place of quietude, where you can escape from it all for a few hours of total relaxation and exceptional wines.

The Poggio Landi wine shop will be opened for tours and tastings from Monday to Saturday from April 1 to November 1 2020.

The Poggio Landi Biodiversity Wine Tour is available every day except Sundays at 5:30 pm. Our guide will take you on a tour of our vineyards and explain our production philosophy before visiting the winemaking room and barrel cellar, and tasting our Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. The three tastings express the hallmarks of Poggio Landi’s biodiversity. Our vineyards, situated at different altitudes and in different subzones of Montalcino, convey the expressive variety of this varied wine region.

In addition to tasting our wines, all Poggio Landi wines can be purchased in our wine shop as well as other products by the Alejandro Bulgheroni Family Vineyards group, to which the winery belongs, allowing you to explore the top wine regions of Tuscany.
